1. AI inference
AI companion features related to habits, check-ins, and practice guidance run on your device. Your related inputs are processed on your device and are not sent to a third-party large language model provider.
2. Default data storage
Unless you use local export/import, your practice records stay on your device by default. This app does not automatically upload that data to our servers.
Quiet Together / lanterns (on by default; can be turned off in Privacy): while you sit, the app sends only a random session id so a shared sit-count can stay honest. No name, email, practice log, or chat.
3. Local export / import
You may export practice data to a local JSON file and import it on the same or a new device. Exported files are not encrypted; you are responsible for keeping them safe. Import overwrites matching on-device records.
4. Cloud backup
Focus Tiger does not currently offer cloud backup through the practice app’s default path described in the full notice. Use local export/import to back up or move devices.
5. Your rights
You may delete local data anytime (in-app reset or uninstall) and export your practice backup file anytime. Questions: hello@twinsology.com
